I live in Namibia, I'm originally from Zambia. I like Namibia because we have people from different nations and people from all races and faces (LOL) ... we are all trying to get along and we are doing a pretty good job, considering. But our brothers and sisters in South Africa are beating up foreigners in their xenophobia frenzy ... shame!! But some of our brothers and sister are suffering in Zimbabwe ... they are living hopeless lives in a world of dreams

This piece was originally part of my exhibition and it was titled "Sekai", because it looks like a friend of mine. When I painted it, my original thought was how colour reacts on black skin and this was my take on it.

But given the current situation in the world and how we are all one people, we are the same but someone needs to divide us. Someone out there feels more comfortable when there are divisions in the world; when there's hurt and hate among people; someone out there, please ... we are all one people.
